Visit report to Wastecycle

Members and guests of EMPkgS enjoyed an enlightening evening with the visit to Wastecycle in Nottingham on 25 April 2018

Wastecycle is the leading resource management and recycling company in the East Midlands. Working with waste producers to improve resource efficiency and reduce operating costs by increasing recycling and decreasing carbon emissions.
As part of their zero waste to landfill commitment Wastecycle are dedicated to helping their customers reduce their environmental and carbon impact through investment in new technologies to help broaden the scope of reprocessing services.
Wastecycle don't own or operate a landfill facility, instead are fully committed to building on specialist recycling skills.
Processing in excess of 500,000 tonnes of material through the recycling facilities each year, more than 95% of which is recycled and recovered.
