Futures Apprenticeship Agency (FAA) is able to employ Apprentices to work in your business at a fraction of the normal cost.   For just £130 + VAT per week you get all the gain........without any of the pain!

• We do all the hard work and take care of the training needs and associated paperwork
• You get a member of staff who will be on a programme of continuous training and development
• We follow your recruitment guidelines and ensure that any candidates meet your minimum standards
• We will monitor the progress of the apprentice and resolve any problems to ensure that they remain on course to complete the full framework
• If your order book becomes lighter, we will seek to move the apprentice to a different company to complete the programme (you only pay for them whilst they are with you)
• There are no recruitment costs
• You are under no obligation to keep your apprentice… but you may find you want to
