The Art of the Chocolatier

A talk and demonstration called 'All About Chocolate' from Special Edition Chocolate, a small, artisan chocolate maker based int he Lincolnshire Wolds. Their award-winning, hand-made chocolategifts use only high quality continental couverture. There will be opportunities to sample the different tyoes of chocolate and this is an ideal opportunity to pick up a few early Christmas presents (or if you're me, do all your Christmas shopping one one go!). This event will be held in the Institute's new Grantham Centre - The Boilerhouse - and there will be time to look around the building and library.
