I am based in between Leicester and Derby, but work in Lutterworth, although not for much longer as I am being made redundant at the end of the month. I was on the IOP packaging technology course recently and I an told me about this site. I am hopefully going on the visit to the glass factory next week so if you're there it would be great to meet you
Love chocolate and these look very good. Also these are the sort of client that needs “brand” guidance and it could really rocket their sales as already got a great product. In truth there are quite a few produces in Lincolnshire in a similar position, you only need to look at Belvoir Fruits to see what can be achieved.
Sorry I didn't get to speak to you at the Beatson visit, more people than I expected and I am not very confident with so many new faces. If you are going to the Mercury packaging visit I will make a point of saying Hi apologies Louise
Sorry for not repling sooner, It's been a busy summer here, but the factory is shutting in January next year.
Been at Barrs Soft Drinks for 15yrs so need to hang around to make sure I get my redundancy package.
Many thanks Chris and I look forward to being involved. Thanks also for the Pack to the Future event which was extremely useful. Do you know when the presentations are likely to be posted online from this?
I'm Editor-in-chief of "Technology & Development of Packaging Industry" (T&DPI) monthly magazine. Also we publish 2 other bimonthly magazines called "PET Engineering" and "Carton Packaging". I'm so happy to join in this society and I hope learn more about Packaging.
